Do I receive meeting planner points when booking with MTM?

Yes! We love to pass on privileges and points to our clients.

This might include complimentary site inspection stays; meeting planner points; room upgrades; dining certificates; special status and more.
Does MTM organize site inspection tours?

Yes! This is included in our complimentary service.

We work with our suppliers who will often provide complimentary stays for potential clients in exchange for a site inspection tour.

We set up your itinerary and liaise with the various hotels and other suppliers to ensure you are well informed of the location being considered.

We will connect you to other resources such as destination management companies; audio-visual suppliers; restaurants; Destination Marketing Organizations; airlines; among many more.

Who signs the contract?

You do.

After MTM has established acceptable terms, we present the final contract to you for review and authorization. You always remain in control and completely informed.
Do we pay MTM or the hotel that we book?

When using our site selection and booking service, you or your attendees will pay the hotel directly.

We will set up the billing situation based on your specific needs — whether it is master account billing or attendees paying on their own or something else.
